From creating better customer experiences to exploring new technologies, I served as AHA's evangelist for digital strategy and creative innovation across all client accounts. As a part of the agency leadership team I helped guide the future direction of agency, bringing a digital lens and perspective on innovation to our client work and agency processes.
In the last two years I’ve worked with clients at Nike, Charles Schwab, HP and HPE, Blount, and Silicon Valley Bank.
I came onboard at AHA as their first Interactive Creative Director, leading the Silicon Valley Bank creative team. I quickly transitioned into a broader, digital strategy-focused role across the agency as Innovation Director. This allowed me to bring my experience to more teams, finding new opportunities within current clients, and developing more skills and partnerships for the agency.
As part of the agency rebranding effort, I lead the AHA website brand relaunch project in the fall of 2015. I worked with our strategists on audience research and insights, crafted the content strategy that still guides the site, and collaborated with designers and development partners to deliver an experience that is evidence of the AHA brand in action. It seems like a small thing, but the new AHA website has changed the conversation with clients and prospects, and is leading to a whole new way people see AHA and want to work with them. The new site and brand has helped AHA get invited to more projects and RFPs that better fit the agency’s direction.
For over a year I helped guide the digital and content strategy for Silicon Valley Bank's new website, working with client stakeholders and AHA’s strategy and creative teams to align audience needs with business goals. I collaborated with client teams in marketing, IT, product marketing, and their agency partners to bring the SVB brand to life in a new website. I guided AHA’s internal teams through executing on the digital and content strategy, as well as exploring new technologies, tools and processes in creating digital content.
I worked closely on several Charles Schwab accounts, consulting on work that improved digital experiences and communications to increase leads and support demand generation. We engaged in online messaging testing, digital content strategy, and digital marketing campaigns for Schwab’s retail and institutional audiences.
Holding inspiration and innovation as my remit, I shared my expertise with writers, designers, project managers and account managers through direct mentorship, project leadership, and team- and agency-wide communications, presentations and group conversations.
